Ridgewood, New Jersey, February 14, 2001 - World Software Corporation's(tm) WORLDOX and Software Technology, Inc.'s Case Master improve their respective document management and case management capabilities by integrating their software. The new integration allows both the case name and description created in Case Master to be exported to WORLDOX client tables, saving firms from making double entries when using both systems.

Dan Berlin, President of STI explained "after assembling a document using Case Master's Word Document Assembly, a WORLDOX profile is displayed. Case Master provides the Client ID, Case ID, Client Name, Case Description, and Author information for the WORLDOX profile. Once WORLDOX saves the profile, control is passed back to Case Master and a document management window is displayed using the information from the WORLDOX profile."

Berlin further stated that Case Master includes exceptionally fast conflict of interest searching and, when integrated with WORLDOX, you can optionally include the contents of WORLDOX documents in a Case Master Conflict of Interest Search. Also, the WORLDOX Quick Access function is quickly and easily accessed from Case Master. STI's collaboration with WORLDOX to search documents for content and conflicts is a tremendous benefit to our combined customers.
