Princeton University General Counsel’s Office Selects WORLDOX®
Ridgewood, New Jersey. (July 18, 2006) – New Jersey-based World Software Corporation has announced that the Princeton University General Counsel’s Office has selected and installed its WORLDOX DMS software product for Document Management. For implementation and training, Princeton retained the services of Legalteks, a WORLDOX Integrator based in New Jersey.
Loretta Rice, Office Administrator of Princeton’s General Counsel’s office, oversaw the selection process and she cites several reasons why they chose WORLDOX. According to Rice, “We needed a better system for organizing, storing, and accessing documents and e-mails. Increasingly, our attorneys were being overwhelmed with e-mail messages and storing them was becoming costly. We also needed a way to confidentially share e-mails within the office. WORLDOX’s e-mail management capability and tight integration with Microsoft Outlook was exactly what we needed.”
