WORLDOX AUSTRALIA – RENAISSANCE – MARCH 9, 2006

March 9, 2006– Ridgewood, NJ – G’day. On behalf of World Software, our 2500+ worldwide legal customers and our resellers (of whom our instructor Greg Bray of InTouch Legal is an outstanding example), we welcome you to a rebirth of WORLDOX in Australia. We have begun direct support of our Australian customers from our headquarters in the New York City area.

Today, via this presentation, we start bringing the WORLDOX and WORLDOX GX message directly to you in Sydney and on March 14 to our customers in the Melbourne area. Today 20 of our 90 Australian customers receive direct support from World Software. GLOBALX has indicated that when our mutual customers’ WORLDOX maintenance lapses they will ask that they renew their maintenance directly with World Software. Our goal is to provide direct maintenance to all our Australian customers and to grow our presence in your country.

At present our support hours are 9am – 8pm NY City time. This means we have support people available 9am until noon Tuesday through Friday. We will also provide extra support by appointment for difficult and timely issues outside of these hours.

Our timing to pursue direct support and provide direct product education also ties into the successful launch of our new product WORLDOX GX. GX began shipping in August, 2005 and the reception and experience of our users has been strong and very positive. All active maintenance customers can receive GX, upon request, at no charge. You can direct your colleagues and interested firms to our website for a demonstration and list of WORLDOX GX features.

As we start this new era of WORLDOX in Australia, please know of our long term commitment to our Australian customers. Our goal is to provide the same level of outstanding support to you as we offer in the States. While this is our first company-provided presentation, we are planning more. We have appointed new Australian resellers, revitalized others and recently conducted a reseller class in Sydney. With your help we hope and plan to support this renaissance for WORLDOX, which will directly benefit our Australian customers.
