April 24, 2006– Ridgewood, NJ – As World Software Corporation ("WSC") has begun to provide upgrades, maintenance and technical support directly to many of our WORLDOX
(GlobalX/Midware) customers in Australia, I want to take this opportunity to introduce you to our company.
World Software has an 18 year track record of producing full-featured, easy to use, real-world, affordable document management solutions. Currently we have over 2,500 law firm and legal department customers world-wide. With our newest version, WORLDOX GX, there has been a redesign featuring a complete new XP-like User Interface. Core document management functions such as expanded Version Control System, File Level Security, Check Out/In, Searching, Navigation and managing Related Documents have been redesigned and upgraded for smoother, more efficient and intuitive workflow. There have been major enhancements to email management, such as: Drag-and-Drop of Outlook emails into the WORLDOX document store; “Smart Profiling” wherein emails are automatically profiled based on users history and email address; enhanced email collaboration via seamless versioning of file attachments; support for Lotus Notes Email and a Book Marking system.

GX represents a major advancement in integrated functionality and usability. These and other improvements continue the WORLDOX commitment to ease of use and superior performance.
The pricing for our customers is as follows; additional software licenses are $395 per license and annual maintenance is $80 per license. Prices are stated in US Dollars. If your maintenance agreement has lapsed please contact us and we will reply with the costs to obtain the benefits of a Maintenance Agreement with World Software Corporation.
With a current World Software Maintenance Agreement in effect you will be entitled to upgrade to WORLDOX GX and unlimited telephone/email support. Maintenance Agreement customers have access to WORLDOX Technical Support professionals via telephone, e-mail support@worldox.com and the WORLDOX web site. World Software has continued to add staff to our support department, added support lines, an entire new telephone system and instituted improved processes to ensure that you receive the best technical support possible. No-charge software upgrades and versions are just some of the benefits of having a maintenance contract with World Software.
When your maintenance period reaches your anniversary month or at our discretion, we will email you our Maintenance Agreement which we’d like you to sign, after review, and email back to us. The Maintenance Agreement is a standard practice for all of our customers. This way we are bound to provide these services and you will know what you are getting from us. If you care to receive a
