Toolbars

Worldox uses a variety of toolbars to present choices.  The  functions accessed by clicking toolbar buttons are also available via pull-down menus, right-click menus and keyboard shortcuts (QuickKeys).

There are significant changes in toolbar appearance in GX3. Toolbar buttons have text labels now. Also, most toolbars can be customized (add, remove, retitle buttons.)

Tip:  You may see different toolbars than those shown. Here's why. If you have questions, please speak with your Worldox Administrator or Manager. Also, toolbars change depending on list type (email vs. other documents, for example.) So if you don't see the button choices you want, check to see which worklist tab is selected.

You may not see all buttons, depending on the action at hand. The bar shortens as you view a list of file versions, for example, as some of the choices seen here do not apply in that context.

Note:  Toolbars on Legal Hold, Archive and Salvage Bin lists have some, but not all, of the buttons shown above.
