Display menu

Use the Display menu to show or hide various elements on the Worldox main window. You can also set colors and fonts, sort the file list, select the active document tab and work with window styles.

Appearance

 

Color

Opens the Colors dialog, where you can select or define new colors for a variety of lists and toolbars.

Font

Opens the Change Font dialog, where you can change fonts (typeface and/or type size) for lists, prompts, buttons and other worldox display items.

Show/Hide

 

Location Bar

Closes the Location bar if it is visible, or opens it if it is hidden.

Filter Bar

Closes the Filter bar if it is visible, or opens it if it is hidden.

Pinned Bookmarks

Hides the bookmark bar (under toolbar buttons) if it is visible, or opens it if it is hidden.

Pinned Send To's

Hides send to targets if they is visible, or displays them (under the Bookmark bar) it they are hidden.

Navigation Panel

Hides the left-side navigation pane if it is visible, or opens it if it is hidden.

Comments in List

Hides worklist comments if they are visible, or shows them if they are hidden.

Worklist Tabs

Opens a submenu of choices for navigating visible worklist tabs. Use submenu choices to switch between tabs, or to close tabs.

Bottom Tabs

 

Full List

Closes any other open document tabs, so that only the worklist appears on the right side of the Worldox window.

Comments

Opens the Comments document tab, showing comments (if any) for the highlighted file. You can edit comments directly in this tab.

Profile

Opens the Profile document tab, showing profile information for the highlighted file. You can double-click items there to edit them.

Viewer

Opens the Viewer document tab, displaying the contents of the highlighted file (and those files above and below it), rendered by the Worldox Viewer.

Relations

Opens the Relations document tab, listing documents (if any) which are related to the highlighted file. You can drag documents to this tab to create new file relationships.

Projects

Opens the Projects document tab, where you can create projects or manage files for a project highlighted in the worklist above.

Tags

Opens the Tags document tab, where you can view and set Tags filters for the currently-visible worklist

Window Styles

 

Open

Opens the Display > Window Styles > Open dialog, where you can select and load saved styles for various Worldox display elements - or entire screens - to change the layout of the currently visible worklist.

Save

Opens the Display > Window Styles > Save dialog, where you can save styles for various Worldox display elements - or the entire screen - as it is now arranged.
