GX3 brings many welcome changes, including user-controlled views and content in the left-side navigation panel (formerly known as the "folder tree"). Favorite Matters is something new in this pane. Here's what is in that new content zone, and what it can do for you.
The left-side navigation panel has been completely redesigned in GX3, with new category buttons added to enable customized views of content in that pane.
And there is new content to view in GX3. Favorite Matters is one of three new or enhanced content categories. (Bookmarks is the other new content, while Workspaces has new content options in GX3.)
Favorite Matters dynamically tracks the folders (which will likely correspond to matters in a Client/Matter system) that you have visited recently. It works based on your Favorite Files and displays the folder locations of all your favorite files from all categories.
