Here are the options for how checked-in documents are saved in Worldox: • Set it to Replace over on-line original if you want the checked-in document to overwrite (replace) the original file or file version which had been checked out. • To maintain the original document or version while saving the checked in version, select Add as a new version. • Select Discard local mirror copy and revert to original to not save the checked in version; with this option selected, Worldox deletes the checked in version, leaving the original document or version as it was. Note: If you are checking in a new file created off-line, none of the choices listed above apply. Instead, only one, upload choice appears. |
Select the check-in option you want and click OK.
